“PANCHAL” is well known drilling Machine since 25 Years which has a turdy built up and is designed for both the product ion and tool room job. The machine covers the varied range of operations like Drilling, Reaming, Tapping, Trepanning, Lapping, Boring and Counter Boring in cast iron, steel and materials.

MACHINE FEATURES :

HEAD

The Head is integrally casted from the head duty closed grain casting. The sleeve carrying the spindle is precisely ground and Sides on an accurately honed bore. In the main body it has locking device. In Lieu of which the head can be raised, lowered and swung to any required positions, It is provided With a safety-ring to prevent accidental unlocking.

DRIVE

The Splined Spindle in deep grooved and specially selected ball bearing is driven by a motor through “V” belt having 4 step spindle pulley. It is balanced properly to prevent vibrations. In addition to this 4 speeds are obtained from the Gear which are mounted on the ball bearing and rotate in self lubrication sintered bushed housed in 4 step spindle pulley. Gears are made from S.G. Iron Material and Spindle is made from EN-8 Material for High Performance.

FEED

The hand operated sensible spindle feed in measured by a graduately feed depth gauge. A quick return of the spindle is achieved by a spring on a cross handle.

TABLE

The correctly machined square surface is provided with the tee-slots and it can be adjusted vertically by means of a rack - pinion mechanism and is also capable of revolving fully through 360 degrees. The effective locking is achieved with the help of taper set pin.

INTERCHANGEABILITY

All parts are interchangeable and also proper stock of spare-parts is well maintained, so you can buy any parts at any time from your nearest dealers to reduce break down of time.
